Changing Managing Agent

There is a general perception that changing managing agents is difficult and time consuming.

This is not the case. With APT Property Management all you will need to do is:

 

1. Contact us.

2. Advise us who your existing agent is.

3. Sign the resignation letter (which we can draft for you).

4. Sign the new contract.

 

APT Property Management will do everything else.
